My favorite month is almost over and so is Taurus season. I might be a little biased because my birthday falls right in the middle of May – nonetheless here is a look back on the beautiful month of May:
Fresh kiwi green leaves, light flooded forests carpeted with grass, birds chirping everywhere and a pleasant mixture of sun, rain and fog. This is what it looks like in Germany at this time of year. Oh, and you stop wearing winter jackets permanently for the first time.
I love everything surrounding May: Gathering fresh woodruff and drying it for tea, taking long walks through the forest, planting herbs and veggies in my garden. I also absolutely adore Taurus in spirit with its slow-moving and steady and earthy quality. On top of that, Beltane is one of my favorite holidays welcoming May – celebrating the bridge between spring and summer. In short, May is bliss.
