I was born in 1995, and live in the Westerwald area in Germany where I grew up.

After living abroad in the USA, I first studied English Literature and Economics at the Universities of Mannheim, Germany and Poznan, Poland. Afterwards, I worked for several years as a Marketing Specialist for Leica Microsystems and other companies.

Throughout my career, I have always been fortunate to travel and meet people from different backgrounds.

In 2018, I had a spiritual awakening experience. After this life-changing moment, my focus shifted towards psychological and spiritual matters. I focused on practicing Shadow Work and started integrating emotional traumas. I also started doing regular Heart Meditations.

During this personal change, my office job started to feel more and more meaningless. I longed for a purposeful work together with others, and more in harmony with my personal nature.

Finally, I quit my unlimited and well-paid employment contract and decided to retrain as a physio therapist. At the same time, I started offering my coaching sessions that incorporate both my spiritual and psychological interests.

This was the best decision of my life! Working with people to transform their lives fulfills me deeply. My approach is compassionate and hope-filled, offering a space where all emotions are welcome!💖

In addition to my therapeutic work, I am an artist with heart and soul. My creative outlets include writing, singing and painting abstract art. Feel free to browse my blog or check out my Intuitive Energy Paintings.

My favorite month is May. Not only is it my birth month, but I love the blossoming of late spring, and my favorite flowers, peonies.

In general, I love nature. Most especially green forests, the chirping of birds, deer – with which I have a special connection since childhood – and snow.
