The recent pandemic makes planning really difficult. This has the unfortunate side effect that we have nothing to look forward to – which is a huge pillar of stable mental health. And so, there is nothing better than to wake up to a text message from a good friend asking for a spontaneous photo session.
I immediately altered my plans for the day (like getting my garden winter-ready). I tried to prep a decent look, charged my empty camera to at least 25% and drove over.
A little rain did not stop us from taking these beautiful pictures. By the way, I believe that Alica has a future as a draper for photography. Just look how neatly she arranged my hair and covered me with leaves. As cheesy as it looks, I am in love with this photo:
